Bachelor’s degree in Calligraphy at Keimyung University Department of Art.
Master’s degree in Study of Oriental Thought and Culture at Sungkyunkwan University.
Based in Daegu, Calligrapher Lee Jeong fuses unconventional compositions and materials with the essence of calligraphy. Her works go beyond two dimensions by exploring conceptual videos and installation artworks rooted in calligraphy. She now concentrates on abstractions of letters.
